On 1st September 2014, Mater Christi Secondary School and Patrician College Finglas, amalgamated under the name of NEW CROSS COLLEGE. The school is a Catholic Co-Educational Voluntary Secondary School and is under the Co-Trusteeship of the Religious Sisters of Charity and Le Cheile Schools Trust. It is located in the original Mater Christi school building on Cappagh Road.
