On International Women’s Day 2022, The Finglas Cabra Local Drug and Alcohol Task Force facilitated a discussion where women from Finglas and Cabra could access information about intimate women health. This discussion was spearheaded by Aoife Harvey, Womens Health Physiotherapist, and Dr. Sarah Callaghan, a General Practitioner who specialises in women’s health. In the discussion, the women covered topics such as pelvic health, pre and post natal exercises, menopause and peri menopause. We want to give a special thank you to our Family Health Worker, Mary Heffernan, who organised this discussion for the community.
